ColorForMe ("Uygulama"), kişisel renk analizi hizmeti sunar. Bu politika, hangi verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar.

Topladığımız veriler

• Yüz fotoğrafınız: Renk analizi için çektiğiniz veya seçtiğiniz fotoğraf.
• Anket cevaplarınız: Makyaj, saç boyası, lens ve bronzluk bilgileri.
• Hesap bilgileri: E-posta, isim (isteğe bağlı), dil tercihi; misafir kullanımda yalnızca anonim bir cihaz kimliği.
• Satın alma kayıtları: Ödeme işlemleri App Store / Google Play ve RevenueCat üzerinden yürütülür; kart bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz.

Fotoğrafınız nasıl işlenir ve saklanır?

• Fotoğrafınız, analiz için yapay zekâ destekli görüntü analizi sağlayıcısına iletilir ve renk özellikleri çıkarılır.
• Fotoğrafınız, analiziniz ve geçmişiniz için hesabınızda saklanır. Fotoğraflar gizli (private) depolamada tutulur; herkese açık bağlantı asla üretilmez, erişim yalnızca süreli imzalı bağlantılarla mümkündür.
• Fotoğraf yüklemeye devam ederek bu saklamayı kabul etmiş olursunuz; onay anı hesabınıza kaydedilir.

Hesap silme

Uygulama içinden Profil → Hesabımı sil adımıyla hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Silme işleminde fotoğraflarınız, analizleriniz ve gardırop verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir; isim, e-posta ve cihaz kimliği gibi kişisel alanlar geri döndürülemez şekilde kaldırılır. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

Verilerin paylaşımı

Verileriniz satılmaz. Yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için gereken sağlayıcılarla paylaşılır: yapay zekâ görüntü analizi sağlayıcısı (yalnızca analiz anında), barındırma altyapısı ve ödeme doğrulaması için RevenueCat.

Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)

ColorForMe Privacy Policy

ColorForMe (the "App") provides a personal color analysis service. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Your face photo: the photo you take or select for color analysis.
• Survey answers: makeup, hair dye, lenses and tan information.
• Account details: email, name (optional), language preference; for guest use only an anonymous device identifier.
• Purchase records: payments are processed by the App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat; we never receive your card details.

How your photo is processed and stored

• Your photo is sent to an AI-powered image analysis provider to extract color characteristics.
• Your photo is stored in your account for your analysis and history. Photos are kept in private storage; public links are never generated and access is only possible via time-limited signed URLs.
• By proceeding to upload a photo you consent to this storage; the time of consent is recorded on your account.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app via Profile → Delete my account. Upon deletion your photos, analyses and wardrobe data are permanently deleted, and personal fields such as name, email and device identifier are irreversibly removed. This cannot be undone.

Data sharing

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with providers required to run the service: the AI image analysis provider (only at the moment of analysis), our hosting infrastructure, and RevenueCat for purchase verification.
